Method before motivation speeches

Every engagement follows the same spine: evidence from your trades, a named tilt trigger, a shorter routine, and a practice drill you can run alone. Motivation posters stay off the wall.

1. Intake and journal pass

You send recent trades and current written rules. We mark where analysis ended and improvisation began — moved stops, early entries, size creep after wins.

2. Live chart conversation

On the call we walk structure in your timeframe, then overlay behaviour. The goal is not a new indicator stack; it is agreement on which moments deserve a rehearsed response.

3. Execution routine design

Together we write pre-market, in-trade, and close-of-day steps that fit a UK trading day you will actually live. Unused steps are cut without ceremony.

4. Drill and review

You leave with one assignment — often a gap pause, a streak size reset, or two-ink chart marking — and a date to compare notes.

Where this leads next

Most traders begin with one-to-one execution coaching, then add a workshop or accountability block if weekly structure helps. Browse sessions or send the trades you want examined.
