Educational nature

Content and sessions are educational. They are not personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or an invitation to deal in securities. You remain responsible for your trading decisions and capital.

Intellectual property

Site copy, session materials, and checklists we prepare for you remain our intellectual property unless we assign rights in writing. You may keep personal notes from your sessions for your own use. You may not republish course sheets or workshop decks without permission.

Bookings and conduct

Session times are confirmed by email. Please arrive prepared with the materials requested. We may end a session early if conduct is abusive or if you request regulated advice we cannot provide.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law of the United Kingdom, we are not liable for trading losses, opportunity cost, or decisions you take after coaching. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep fees and descriptions current. If a page conflicts with a written booking confirmation, the confirmation prevails for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the wider United Kingdom as applicable. Courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
