Refunds and cancellations

Scope

This policy covers one-to-one coaching, chart review clinics, psychology workshops, and the discipline accountability programme offered by Automateddigitalinfra. It does not cover third-party brokerage fees, data feeds, or other purchases made outside our practice.

Cooling-off for distance bookings

If you book online as a consumer and the session has not started, you may cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund of fees paid to us, unless you ask us to begin within that period and expressly waive the remaining cooling-off time for the portion already delivered.

Cancellation by you

For one-to-one coaching and clinics, cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the start time for a full refund or free move to a new slot. Cancellations inside 48 hours are non-refundable unless we can fill the slot; we may offer a single courtesy reschedule at our discretion.

Workshop places cancelled 7 or more days before the event receive a full refund. Inside 7 days, fees are non-refundable, though you may transfer your place to another named participant with our written agreement.

For the four-week accountability programme, cancellations before the first check-in receive a full refund. After the first check-in, refunds are partial: unused weeks are refunded minus the completed week(s) at the programme’s weekly equivalent, and a £40 administration amount for materials already prepared.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a replacement date. If we must end an engagement early for reasons outside your control, we refund fees for undelivered portions.

No-shows

If you do not attend a confirmed session without notice, the session fee is non-refundable. We may reopen a slot later as a new booking at full fee.

Work already started

Pre-session journal reviews and written notes prepared for a confirmed appointment count as work started. If you cancel after we have completed that preparation inside the 48-hour window, we may retain up to 30% of the session fee to cover preparation time.

Deposits

Workshop deposits are refundable under the workshop timelines above. Deposits become non-refundable once the workshop materials pack has been issued to participants, except where we cancel the event.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few days beyond our transfer.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under United Kingdom law.
