What we collect

Enquiry forms may include your name, email address, session preference, markets traded, and message content. During coaching we may process trade journals, chart screenshots, and notes you choose to share. Server logs may record IP address and basic browser data for security.

Why we process data

We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver booked sessions, issue invoices where relevant, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. The lawful bases are contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a coaching practice, and consent where you accept optional analytics cookies.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months unless a longer relationship continues. Session notes are retained for up to six years for accounting and dispute context, then deleted or anonymised. Cookie identifiers follow the durations listed on the cookies page.

Processors and transfers

We use email and hosting providers that may process data in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. If a transfer outside those regions is required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or equivalent clauses.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Children

Our services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
